Southwest Christian held Trinity of River Ridge to nine first-half points, a winning streak hitting four in a 63-34 boys basketball victory at home Tuesday in a nightcap of a girl/boy doubleheader.

Chaska clinched its third consecutive Metro West Conference dance title Tuesday on its home floor, edging Benilde-St. Margaret by a single team point.

Chaska entered the Metro West Conference schedule in 2016 with a 2-9 record. Eleven league wins later, the Hawks were sharing a conference title with Bloomington Kennedy.
