Planning Commission – 2 Open Positions
This commission acts as an advisory body to the City Council that makes recommendations on land use policies and laws and to make final decisions on certain kinds of development and use permits. They meet on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at City Council Chambers.
These positions will be filled through an interview and appointment process undertaken by the City Council. In order to be considered for the position, residents should submit a letter of interest no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019. Letters can be sent by mail or e-mail to:

The City Council will interview all applicants on Monday, February 4, 2019. The selected applicants will be appointed by the Carver City Council on Monday, February 4, 2019, with three year terms beginning on March 1, 2019.
