Avoid the ramp at I-94 and I-35W next Tuesday morning

The ramp from Interstate 94 east to Interstate 35W south will be closed from midnight to 5 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, weather permitting, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
