County lists options as neighbors oppose yard and brush waste site at Arboretum

Dozens of neighborhood residents attended a Carver County Board of Commissioners meeting last week to oppose a brush and yard waste removal site at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Victoria, just east of Bavaria Road along 82nd Street.
