MINNEAPOLIS — The former president of Starkey, Jerome Ruzicka, and a business associate, Jeffrey Taylor, were convicted today, Thursday, March 8, on federal charges related to stealing more than $15 million from the Eden Prairie-based Starkey Laboratories Inc. and its principal owner William F. Austin, as well as one of Starkey’s suppliers, Sonion.
