Paulsen: Tax reform already is seeing economic benefits

It was just before Christmas that a massive overhaul of our nation’s tax code was passed into law. This reform plan, the first in over 30 years, is a major victory for our economy, our state and for the country. It will create more jobs, boost paychecks for employees, and put more money in people’s pockets.
