5-8 inches of snow expected by 6 p.m. Sunday
The snow is coming and it will be over a long duration starting Saturday afternoon with accumulations of 5 to 8 inches expected, according to the National Weather Service office in Chanhassen.

Finances in review
The Chaska City Council met Monday night and discussed the yearly finances of all the city’s recreational services — including the Chaska Curling Center.
Curling cash
The Chaska Curling Center and Event Center generated revenue, on top of operating expenses, of about $288,858 during its first year of operation, according to a presentation by City Administrator Matt Podhradsky.
