Zbinden honored for compost research

Marcus Zbinden, an environmental specialist with Carver County since 1991, received the U.S. Composting Council (USCC) 2016 Rufus Chaney Award. He was formally presented with the award at the USCC National Conference in Los Angeles Jan. 23-26.
