The City of Carver is seeking applications for the position of Public Services Technician II. Essential functions of the position include operation and maintenance of the municipal water infrastructure, sanitary sewer infrastructure, storm water, flood protection, municipal properties, fleet vehicles, and streets, with an emphasis on water and sanitary sewer (option C).
Starting salary is established by a collective bargaining agreement with a range of $24.24 to $30.21/hr. All applicants must submit a cover letter and application. Due to the past precipitation and the forecasted precipitation expected, the river level is predicted to rise into flood stage by the end of this week and into next week. Therefore, Riverside Park, campsites, boat landing and archery range is and will remain closed until the water level has receded and the Park is functional and safe to use. Please check the City’s website for updates.
