County to vote on controversial yard waste site on Feb. 20
The Carver County Board of Commissioners plans to discuss and vote on moving a brush and yard waste removal site during its 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20 meeting. The measure would move the site from the Carver County Environmental Center to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Victoria.
