These awards are meant to recognize the time, support, service, and dedication that individuals and organizations have given unselfishly to the City of Carver. It is important to acknowledge the hard work of citizens that truly make a difference in our community.

Three awards are presented each year and include the following:

  • Youth (18 & Under)
  • Individual
  • Business or Organization

Community service can include volunteering time, effort, expertise, or other resources. All citizens, organizations, and businesses within Carver are eligible. If you know of a person, business, or organization that deserves a Carver Community Service Award please fill out a nomination form at City Hall or by clicking HERE.

Nominations are accepted until November 1 of each year, with nominations reviewed by the Mayor, one City Council Member, and staff. Carver Community Service Award winners will receive a plaque and be recognized in City publications for their achievement.

Completed forms should be dropped off at City Hall or e-mailed to [email protected] by November 1.
