The top of Carver’s permanent levee is 37.76ft and the top of the temporary levee is 40.26ft. The numbers in the graph are the river level in Jordan.

I looked downtown last night at about 7pm and the river was at 20′ according to the measurements posted on the railroad bridge. At the same time, Jordan reported 25′.
It seems to be rising faster than predicted as of this morning.
Wow! It seems that the cold weather has really reduced the river forecast for the time being.
