(Registration Deadline – Wednesday, July 26)

The City of Carver “Night to Unite” (formerly National Night Out) is an evening when neighbors throughout the city, state, and country gather to   get to know one another and promote community safety. The goals of the event are to:

  • Heighten awareness and prevention of crime, drugs, and violence.
  • Generate support for, and participation in, local anti-crime programs.
  • Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
  • Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

The Carver Fire Department and Sheriff will attempt to visit all registered block/home parties during the above scheduled times.  The departments will arrive and depart at various times, depending on the number of registered parties. Emergency vehicles are on call for duty at all times.
