On behalf of Daley Farms expansion, state ag groups file injunction to deny MPCA comment period extension

Six agriculture trade organizations, acting on behalf of Daley Farms, filed a complaint in Ramsey County District Court last Friday against the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
